The Rwanda Defence Force co-hosted the 11th annual African Air Chiefs Symposium (AACS) from January 24-28 at the Kigali Convention Centre. 32 African Air Chiefs and senior officials attended this hybrid event, where three Chiefs attended virtually.

The other co-hosts were the U.S. Air Forces Africa, the U.S. Air Forces in Europe and Rwandan Air Force.

This annual event  is hosted by a different member of the Association of African Air Forces. It was first hosted in Ethiopia in 2011.
